"Return was fine, just a bit slow"
My exchange took longer than I expected, and there was something about it that felt a little dragged out, but they did get it sorted in the end.

"A little annoying to navigate"
I had a harder time getting around the site than I expected. Finding the sizes took way too much poking around, and even little things like the dropdowns and button placement felt slightly off. Checkout worked eventually, but it felt clunky and not very smooth

"Nice fit and simple style"
Overall, I’d definitely wear these again. The fit is comfortable and easy, and I really like how clean and simple the designs are. My only small complaint is that I wish there were a few more color options to choose from...

"Nice fit, but the material feels kinda cheap"
I ordered a coat from Ducie the style was really nice. It fit well and looked good on, so no complaints there at all.
But the material was a bit of a letdown, ngl. For the price, I expected it to feel softer and more premium, but it felt kinda thin. After wearing it a few times, it already started looking a bit worn out.
Shipping was totally fine, but I’m disappointed with the quality overall. I wouldn’t be in a rush to buy again unless they seriously upgrade the fabric.

"I’d say this was a fair deal..."
I’d say this was a fair deal for what I paid. I wasn’t expecting anything super fancy, so I’m not judging it like it should be top-of-the-line or anything. For the price, it did the job and felt like decent value. I’d be fine ordering it again

"Delivery didn’t work out for me"
My order didn’t show up when I expected it to, the delivery updates didn’t help me much. I kept having to check on it myself, which got annoying. For me, if I needed something by a specific date, I wouldn’t risk ordering again.

I ordered from ducie.co.uk and the actual item was nice, to be fair. It was just the packaging that was a bit disappointing. The box looked kind of bashed up when it arrived, and there didn’t seem to be loads of padding or anything inside, so it felt a little careless.
Luckily nothing was properly broken, but for what I paid I sort of expected it to be packed a bit better. Not a total disaster or anything, but I’d probably be a bit unsure about ordering again if it’s going to show up like that.

"Really nice quality coat"
I can be a little picky about how coats fit, so it took me a bit to warm up to this one. That said, the quality feels really nice, and once I got used to the fit, I liked it a lot more.

"Arrived sooner than expected"
My order actually showed up quicker than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise. The tracking didn’t update quite as fast as I would’ve liked, but it wasn’t a big deal in the end

"Nice, but the sizing was confusing"
I liked it overall, but the sizing definitely felt off. It ran small, so I ended up needing to size up. I just wish the next steps were clearer, because I wasn’t sure if I should exchange it, reorder, or contact someone first.

"Slow replies ruined my plans"
I’m frustrated with the customer service. The replies took forever, and when I finally heard back, the answers weren’t really helpful. I was counting on getting this sorted in time, but because it dragged on, my plans got messed up and the issue still isn’t fixed. Not a great experience.
